Shipping Policy

• Processing Time:

  • All our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and crafted before shipping. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended by a few days.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100 (3-7 business days)
    • Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate on orders below $75
    • Expedited Shipping: $15 (1-3 business days)
  • International Shipping:
    • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

• Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. Terrane Studios is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

• Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for unworn, undamaged, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygeine issues.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at service@terranestudios.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at service@terranestudios.com to initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@terranestudios.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards, sale items,  custom or personalized pieces and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
